Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Project Administrator with at least four years of project administration experience to support our internal team and ensure the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Update construction project scheduling software
Assist construction team in overall project tracking, to include: personnel, scope, budgets, and invoicing
Keep construction managers informed on team utilization/work load
Assist construction team in the production of status reports and other project documentation Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various project management tasks.
Assist with the project cycle from initiation to completion.
Provide strong written and verbal communication to internal and external teams.
Understand accounting and invoicing processes, create billing document after project completion Demonstrate a fast learning ability and a positive, innovative approach to problem-solving.

Requirements
At least 2 years of excellent customer service experience in a fast-paced, growing company.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Associates Degree preferred. High School Diploma Required.
